Certin is software that delivery and logistics companies use to run their operations. If one of those companies delivered to you, or you drive or work for one, your details may be stored in Certin on their behalf. Use this form to see that information, correct it or have it deleted.
What happens next

You tell us
Fill in the form with what you want and anything that helps us find your records, such as the company name or a tracking number.

We find the company
We identify which of our customers holds your information. That company decided to collect it, so the law makes them responsible for answering you.
- 3
We pass it on and help them answer
We send your request to that company and give them what they need to respond. Where Certin itself holds your information, we answer you directly.
Good to know
- Making a request is free.
- We may ask you to confirm who you are before any information is shared or deleted. This protects you.
- If you already know the company concerned, contacting them directly is often the quickest route.
